Mr. Schagrin brings to Commercial Property Realty Group more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in sales and leasing of downtown and suburban office, retail and industrial properties. Mr. Schagrin was a founding partner in Commercial Property Realty Advisors, where they operated a full service real estate for 9 years, inclusive of sales, leasing and property management prior to being acquired by Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, SFL in 2006.   Schagrin was the Senior Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Brenner Real Estate Group and a Senior Director of Colliers International South Florida. Active in a family business, Schagrin’s Wine, Cheese & Gourmet Foods for nearly 20 years, his responsibilities included site selection, design and construction management for this publicly traded company. This prior experience has given him an insight to understanding client’s business concerns.

His knowledge and expertise in the industry in all real estate services, such as leasing and sales of commercial property, is an invaluable asset to the organization in coordinating and implementing marketing proposals, including budgets for institutional and entrepreneurial clients, market research, and investment ventures.   Schagrin has received numerous professional recognitions such as the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks “Award of Excellence” for Best Design Build Industrial, and the South Florida Business Journal “Best Real Estate Deal of the Year” for Best New Development Industrial.   He is an active member of the Society of Commercial Realtors ® (SOCR), South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA), NAR (National Association of Realtors® ), SIOR (SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® ), and is currently a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Ron is a founding Board Member of Gilda’s Club South Florida and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has also served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Fort Lauderdale unit of the American Cancer Society; and Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of Greater Fort Lauderdale.  

In addition, Ron has been very active in civic organizations such as Jewish Community Center of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Jewish Federation of Greater Fort Lauderdale, and Board of Directors for the Leadership Broward Foundation, Nova University Enterprise Ambassador Program. Mr. Schagrin was the recipient of the JC Penney “Golden Rule” Award in 1995 and was recognized for his service to the community and ran the Olympic Torch in 1996 as a “Community Hero. ”
