Mr. Porras brings to Commercial Property Realty Group, LLC more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience in sales and leasing of Downtown and Suburban Commercial Properties. Prior to joining CPRG, Mr. Porras acted as Vice President/Broker with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate SFL for 2 1/2 years and prior to working with Prudential, Mr. Porras had his own firm, Commercial Property Realty Advisors, where he operated a full service real estate company for 9 years inclusive of Sales, Leasing and Property Management.

With Mr. Porras' experience in the market and his dedication of National Client Representation, he is a valuable asset to Commercial Property Realty Group. He has represented many lease transactions with national clients and has extensive experience in Build-To-Suit projects. With the national presence of his designations that are the top organizations in the nation, like the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) as well as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) this gives Mr. Porras an even more powerful referral network to better serve his clients. Both national organizations have memberships that include the top five percent (5%) of the commercial real estate professional in the nation. He has been involved in all aspects of the acquisitions and ground up building of projects from their inception to completion.

Mr. Porras also serves as an exclusive listing agent for projects in Broward County totaling well over 1,000,000 square feet of office product.
