William J. Kahn, Sr. Senior Vice President

Mr. Kahn brings to Commercial Property Realty Group over 32 years of corporate real estate experience in sales, leasing, property management and development. Prior to joining CPRG, Mr. Kahn was a Vice President with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate SFL specializing in tenant representation. Mr. Kahn commenced his real estate career with Studley in Houston, Texas as an office leasing specialist. Later he joined Riata Development Company in Houston as Vice President of Leasing and Property Management. After relocating to Florida, Mr. Kahn was a Vice President and Manager of the Ft. Lauderdale Equis office, a national real estate corporate services company.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Kahn worked for The Bank of New York and Chase Manhattan Bank where he was an Assistant Vice President. Mr. Kahn’s banking experience has given him tremendous insight into how lenders view commercial real estate and has enabled him to secure the best deals on behalf of his clients.

At CPRG Mr. Kahn will specialize in tenant representation of national companies in their search and negotiation for both office and warehouse properties. A partial list of the national companies that Mr. Kahn has represented include, Daimler Chrysler, Coca-Cola , Ericcson, BMC Software, Allstate, State Farm, Robert Half Int’l, Anti-Defamation League, Cox Communications, Sodexho, Grant Thornton, Pack Rat, CVS Caremark, Target, Pizza Hut, XM Satellite and Sherwin-Williams.

Mr. Kahn is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a licensed Florida real estate salesman. In the past he has been an active fundraiser for both the American Heart Association and the United Way.
