Born and raised in Wisconsin Don Schumacher moved to Orlando in 1960. Corporate transfers and promotions resulted in Don living in California, Illinois, Georgia, Mississippi, North Cortina, and Texas during the next thirty years. Don moved back to South Florida in 1190 and has lived in Coral Springs for the last Twenty years.

His years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the high-tech industry have provided him with a platform for success in Commercial Real Estate. For the last nine years Don has owned his own commercial mortgage company. He entered into The Commercial Real Estate Market as a Sales Associate in April of 2007 and today is part of CPRG’S Team with a focus on office leasing.
